Purcell Toys

The materials for Purcell Toys vehicles and other offerings come from a variety of sources. 

The bodies of my handcrafted vehicles are made from lumber, generously donated,  from fellow woodworkers in north Georgia.  I have also felled trees from my own yard or scooped up nice branches from the curb,  and milled them myself!

Vehicle axles and wheels come from Casey's Wood Products in Maine.  These products are American made from American hardwoods.

Purcell Toys' finishes come from Earthpaint in Asheville,  NC.  Their handmade food-grade "Rainforest Sealer" and "Looking glass Polish" bring out the beauty of the natural wood.  These finishes have no petrochemicals,  and only have the delightful scents of citrus and beeswax.

Our main goal is to provide fun and safe handcrafted toys for kids of all ages!  :)
